Valentine's Day Shipping & Delivery Information

Place your order by 12PM local time on 4th February for complimentary delivery of your one-of-a-kind NeurarOck in time for Valentine's Day.

  • Standard Shipping: Free
    Available on all orders under $1,000. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. Items may not always ship together if ordered at the same time.
  • Express Shipping: 2x purchase price (Complimentary on orders above $1,000)
    Delivery within 3-5 business days. Items may not always ship together if ordered at the same time.
  • 48-Hour Delivery: 3x purchase price (Complimentary on orders above $3,000)
    Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12PM local time will be delivered within 2 business days. Sunday and holiday delivery are unavailable.

Note: All orders above $1,000 require a signature upon delivery.

What Products Are Eligible for Returns?

We accept returns or exchanges in the U.S. within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in perfect, saleable condition with the original sales receipt. Certain exclusions apply:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes and pouches.
  • Personalized, altered, or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange, except for customized bio-resin products. For these, we offer a complimentary return service, and your account will receive purchase credit equivalent to the purchase amount. This credit can only be used for customized silver products.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only available in the country of purchase.
